Start with what's due today

Open Nekst to your Tasks page to see everything due across all your transactions — or skim your Daily Email Update, a morning summary of what's on your plate. Manage your daily email update.

Work your list

• Complete tasks as you finish them — click to check them off. Standard Task Box overview.
• Send the messages that are ready. Emails and texts are pre-filled with the contract details — review and click SEND. Anything you set to auto-send goes out on its own in the morning.
• Work the way that fits you. Drop into a single transaction and work it end to end, move from one transaction to the next, or work Primary Agent by Primary Agent using a saved filter preset.

Stay in the loop

Nekst keeps you posted with reminders, mentions, and updates through desktop and app notifications. Notifications & Mentions.

Move deals forward

As a transaction progresses, keep it current:

• Track each deal's stage. Transaction Stages show where every deal stands in your pipeline at a glance, and you can customize them to match how you work. Custom Stages.
• Add another workflow when a new contingency comes into play, or to follow up after the closing. Adding more than one workflow.
• Update the status when a deal wraps up — moving it from Active to Closed or Archived. Changing the status of a transaction.

Keep the details out of your head

Nekst is built to hold what you'd otherwise have to remember:

• Flag tasks to mark and quickly find the ones that need attention. Task Flags.
• Comment on tasks to capture context or loop in your team.
• Add notes to a transaction for anything that doesn't belong on a task. Notes & ScratchPad.
