Saved Filter Presets


Filter Presets let you save any filter combination on the Tasks, Transactions, Calendar, and Contacts pages and switch between those views with one click. Build the view you need once, name it, and it stays available as a pill at the top of the page.





Where Filter Presets Work


Filter Presets are available on four pages:


  • Tasks
  • Transactions
  • Calendar
  • Contacts


Each page keeps its own set of presets. A preset saved on Tasks does not appear on Transactions.


Save a Preset


  1. Go to the page you want to filter (Tasks, Transactions, Calendar, or Contacts).
  2. Click FILTER and configure the view you want.
  3. Click SAVE PRESET.
  4. Enter a name (for example, "Pending Only" or "My Deals").
  5. Optional: Check Set as default for this page to have this preset load automatically every time you open the page.
  6. Click SAVE PRESET.


Your new preset appears as a pill in the PRESETS row at the top of the page.





Switch Between Presets


Click any preset pill to apply that filter combination instantly. The page updates immediately to match the saved view.


Set a Preset as the Default


A default preset loads automatically the next time you open the page.


  1. Click the three-dot menu on any preset pill.
  2. Select Set as Default.






Only one preset can be the default per page. Setting a new default replaces the previous one.


Delete a Preset


  1. Click the three-dot menu or the Trashcan Icon on the preset pill you want to remove.
  2. Select Delete.


Notes


  • Presets are saved per user. Other team members do not see your presets.
  • Presets cannot be renamed or edited. To change a preset, delete it and save a new one with the updated filter settings.
  • There is no limit to the number of presets you can save per page.
