Adding tasks
Click + Add a Task at the top of any Workflow or Transaction.

Editing tasks
To edit a task on a launched transaction, click its title to open the task box. You can change the Task Name, Due Date, assigned role/person, Task Description, Key Date, Portal Roadmap, Private status, and more.

Shifting a whole workflow when a date changes
A few situations call for shifting your tasks:
- The closing date changed and all closing-based tasks need to move
- The wrong Start Date was used and every deadline needs to shift
- The wrong End Date was selected
To fix it:
- On the Transactions page, open the transaction.
- Click Open… → Transaction Setup.

- Adjust the Start Date, End Date, Status, Name, or Type.

- Click Update. When you change a Start or End Date, Nekst asks if you want to shift all dates to match — confirm to realign every task.

Removing all tasks from a transaction
- Open the transaction and click All to show every task.
- Clear any filters at the top of the list.
- Click the Mass Update checkbox, choose Select All, then Delete.
