Keep Control over Communication: Sending and Auto-Sending Messages

By default, Nekst never sends an email or text on its own — every message waits for you to click SEND. When you want more automation, you can turn on auto-send for any message, on your terms.

This stays true even after Nekst AI reads your contract and pre-fills your emails with the right names, dates, and details. The messages are written and ready — but nothing goes out until you send it or schedule it to.

When you're ready to send

  1. Open the Email or SMS task.
  2. Review the message — it's already filled in with the contract details.
  3. Click SEND.

Set a message to auto-send

Want routine messages to go out on their own? Turn on auto-send for any email or SMS task and Nekst handles it for you:

  1. Open the email or SMS task.
  2. Check the Auto-Send box.
  3. Make sure the task's due date is in the future.

On the due date, Nekst sends the message for you — no click required.

A few things to know about auto-send

  • When messages go out: Auto-sent emails and texts both send between 8–9 AM in your local time on the day the task is due. (Set your time zone in your profile.)
  • Future dates only: A task can only auto-send if its due date is in the future when you launch it. The morning send has already run for today, so a task due today (0 days after the start date) won't go out this morning.
  • Missed or past-due tasks: If an auto-send date has already passed — or you launch a past-due task — Nekst sends it the next morning instead.
  • Custom send times and per-market time zones: For now, every auto-send uses the single time zone in your profile and goes out in the 8–9 AM window. The ability to choose a specific send time, and to set different time zones for different markets, is on our roadmap for a future update.

Why this matters

You stay in control of every word that reaches your clients and parties. Send each message yourself, or hand the routine ones to auto-send — either way, it happens on your terms.
