Changing the Status of a Transaction
Every transaction has a Status that controls whether it's active in your workflow. There are three:
- Active — transactions you're actively managing.
- Closed — use when a transaction closes. This does not remove tasks; you can still complete post-closing tasks.
- Archived — use when a transaction falls through, is cancelled, or terminated. This does remove all outstanding tasks from your to-do list.
How to change the status
- On the Transactions page, open the transaction you want to edit.
- Click Open… and select Transaction Setup.

- Change the Status and click Update.

The transaction now appears under the matching status on the Transactions page.
