History of Activities by Transaction & Complete Action History


Nekst keeps a full record of everything that happens on a transaction and across your account. Use it to see when tasks were completed, who added a note, when an email went out, and more.


What's tracked


For each transaction, you can filter by:


  • Tasks added or completed
  • Completion date changes — anytime someone edits the completion date of an already-completed task (records the previous and new dates)
  • Notes on tasks or the transaction
  • Email task sends (date, time, recipients)
  • SMS task sends (date, time, recipients)
  • When a workflow was applied
  • Changes to status, type, start date, or end date
  • People added to the transaction
  • Task Flag changes — anytime a task's flag is set, cleared, or switched (records the previous and new flag)


Opening a transaction's history


Open the transaction, click Open…, then select History.

Account History


The Account History page gives you one central place to review everything happening across your Nekst account — no need to open each transaction or guess where something occurred. Scroll a complete timeline of your activity.



How to access Account History


  1. Click your profile photo in the top right corner.
  2. Choose History.


Your full activity list appears in chronological order. Filter or search to find a specific task, email, workflow, or transaction entry.



Fix mistakes fast


Completed the wrong task or removed the wrong contact? Open Account History, find the entry, then jump to the relevant transaction to fix it — no more digging through every transaction.
