Can my assistant or team use Nekst?

Yes! Our Solo Lite and Solo Pro plans are single-user accounts, where tasks can only be assigned to the registered account owner. To bring assistants, transaction coordinators, or other agents into your account — each with their own login and task list — upgrade to the Team Pro plan. Here's how to upgrade your account, and here's how adding team members works once you do.



Can I use Nekst on my phone?

Yes! We have a native mobile app for both iPhone and Android — complete tasks with a swipe, send your pre-written emails and texts, and check transaction details from anywhere. Log in with your existing Nekst credentials. See The Nekst Mobile App for everything it can do, plus download links.



If I check off an email task, does the email send automatically?

No — and this is by design. Marking an email task as complete simply checks it off your list; nothing is sent. To actually send the email, open the task, review the message, and click Send. This separation means you can safely clean up old tasks and transactions without worrying about accidentally emailing a client.



Do emails send from my email address?

Emails sent through Nekst come from noreply@nekst.com with your name displayed as the sender — and when your client hits reply, the response goes straight to your personal inbox, so the conversation continues in your email like normal.



Is Nekst a CRM?

No — and that's intentional. Nekst is a transaction management system, built for the work that happens after the contract: tasks, deadlines, communication, and keeping every party informed. Your CRM handles leads and long-term nurturing; Nekst handles active deals. The two work best side by side — and you can connect them through our Zapier or Followup Boss integrations.



I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

Go to the login page and click Forgot Password, enter your email address, and we'll send you a reset link.

Does the calendar sync with my phone or Google Calendar?

Yes — your Nekst calendar can be subscribed to from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or any program that supports iCal feeds, so your tasks and key dates appear right alongside your other appointments. I uploaded a contract and nothing was extracted — what happened?

Nekst AI works best with a clear, digital PDF of the purchase contract. If your upload was a photo or a low-quality scan, the document may have been too hard to read. Try uploading a cleaner copy — and if it still doesn't extract, send us a chat message so we can take a look. (You can always enter the details manually in the meantime.) I logged in and don't see my tasks. Where are they?

There are four common reasons a task list looks empty — a workflow that was never added, tasks without due dates, a leftover filter, or team assignment settings. Where Are My Tasks? walks through each one with the fix.



How do I change the email address on my account?
