Upgrading Your Account


We're glad you're ready to upgrade — welcome to the Nekst family. Everything in your existing account carries through to your upgraded plan: transactions, contacts, workflows, documents, and settings all stay exactly as they are.


How to upgrade


  1. Click your name in the top right corner and select Billing from the dropdown.



  1. Click the blue Manage Subscription button and select Update Subscription Plan.



  1. On the following page, choose Monthly or Yearly, then select the plan you want.



Managing your billing


The same Billing page handles everything subscription-related. Click the blue Manage Subscription button and choose:


  • Update Subscription Plan — change, upgrade, or downgrade your plan. (Same steps as upgrading — just pick a different plan.)
  • Update Payment Method — change the card on file.
  • View Billing Information — opens your secure billing portal. Nekst partners with Stripe for billing, so this is where you'll find your current subscriptions, saved payment methods, and your full invoice history.
