Upgrading Your Account
We're glad you're ready to upgrade — welcome to the Nekst family. Everything in your existing account carries through to your upgraded plan: transactions, contacts, workflows, documents, and settings all stay exactly as they are.
How to upgrade
- Click your name in the top right corner and select Billing from the dropdown.

- Click the blue Manage Subscription button and select Update Subscription Plan.

- On the following page, choose Monthly or Yearly, then select the plan you want.

Managing your billing
The same Billing page handles everything subscription-related. Click the blue Manage Subscription button and choose:
- Update Subscription Plan — change, upgrade, or downgrade your plan. (Same steps as upgrading — just pick a different plan.)
- Update Payment Method — change the card on file.
- View Billing Information — opens your secure billing portal. Nekst partners with Stripe for billing, so this is where you'll find your current subscriptions, saved payment methods, and your full invoice history.
