How To Cancel Your Account
Cancelling Your Account
Before you cancel: your data is permanently deleted
Cancelling permanently removes your account. Your transactions, contacts, workflows, and documents are deleted and can't be recovered.
If you want to step away from Nekst but keep your records intact, consider downgrading to Solo Lite instead of cancelling. Your account and everything in it stays preserved.
One honest caveat about that path: if your account holds more transactions than Solo Lite permits (5), you'll be over the plan's limit — so you won't be able to actively work in the account. But everything remains preserved, and if you return later, upgrading restores full access to your data exactly as you left it.
How to cancel
- Click your name in the top right corner and select Billing from the dropdown.

- Below the three account types, click "To delete your account, Click Here."

- A confirmation modal appears — confirm your selection to complete the cancellation.

Before you cancel — what to know
- No pro-rating. Monthly and annual payments are not pro-rated for unused time remaining in your billing cycle.
- Team Pro accounts: only the account Owner can cancel.
