Google Calendar Integration for Appointment Tasks
Connecting your Google Calendar to Nekst lets you create Appointment Tasks which perfect for managing Calendar Events that require a date AND a time and location.

Pre-build an Appointment Task to quickly and automatically create Google Calendar invites for everyone involved when you schedule them.
What it does
When connected:
- Scheduling an Appointment Task creates a Google Calendar event with all invitees
- Time changes and cancellations sync automatically
- The sender sees the appointment on their own Google Calendar; invitees receive a calendar invite email

This integration is specific to Appointment Tasks. Standard date-based tasks and Key Dates do not sync this way — for those, use the iCal subscription described in Syncing your Nekst Calendar with Google Calendar.
Where to enable it
Go to Settings → Account → Calendar Integration, then click Connect Google Calendar and grant Nekst permission to manage calendar events.
Once linked, the page shows your connected Google account and an Unlink Account option you can use any time.
