Take Nekst with you. The Nekst mobile app puts your tasks, transactions, and communication in your pocket so you can run your day from anywhere — at a showing, in the car between appointments, or at the closing table.
The app is built for working your day, not just viewing it: complete tasks with a swipe, send a pre-written email at exactly the right moment, and add a task on the fly before you forget it.
What you can do in the app
Work your task list. Tasks are sorted into Due Today, Past Due, and All — the same groups as the web app — so when you open the app between appointments, you immediately see what needs attention first without scrolling through everything.
Complete a task with a swipe. Finished the call? Swipe right on the task and it's done. Dependent tasks trigger just like they do on the web.
Send pre-written emails and texts at the right moment. Your Email and SMS tasks are ready to go, with the transaction's details already merged in through SmartTags. Review the message, tap send — your client gets a polished update while you're still in the parking lot.
Add a task on the fly. Thought of something at a showing? Add the task to the right transaction the moment you think of it, instead of hoping you remember when you're back at your desk.
Check transaction details anywhere. Contingency deadlines, key dates, your custom Detail Boxes, and contact info for every transaction party — so when the lender calls while you're out, the answer is already in your hand.
Comment and take notes. Add comments to tasks and notes to transactions as things happen. On Team Pro, mention a teammate to pull them into the conversation.
Stay notified. Push notifications keep you current on reminders, mentions, status changes, and team activity. You control exactly which notifications push to your phone — see Notifications & Mentions.
Built on your workflows
Everything in the mobile app mirrors your Nekst account: your workflows, your transactions, your Detail Boxes. Run multiple workflows on a single transaction, shift task dates when a closing moves, and let dependent tasks cascade — it's the same engine as the web app, in your pocket.
Good to know
- Completion dates: on mobile, tasks complete with today's date. To back-date a completion (so dependent tasks recalculate from the right day), use the web app's Choose a Completion Date option.
- Preferences carry over: your Tasks Display and other Preferences apply across web and mobile, so your views stay consistent everywhere.
- This is the app for you — the agent or coordinator. Your clients use the separate Nekst Client app to follow their transactions.
