Client Portal: A Single-Property Website for Every Transaction

The Client Portal turns each transaction into a clean, single-property website your client can follow — the Roadmap of key milestones, transaction parties, important details, shared notes, documents, and your recommended service providers, all in one place.

Instead of fielding "what's next?" calls and forwarding attachments, you share one link (or the Nekst Client app) and your client always knows where things stand.

Custom Branding

You can customize your portals' colors, the logo at the top, and the subdomain where every portal you create is hosted. Branding is set once and applies to all of your portals.

Subdomain selection

Choose a subdomain where all of your Client Portals will be hosted — your personal or team name adds an extra layer of branding.

Go to Settings → Client Portal Branding to set it. For example, if you choose "Joe Dirt Team," your client portal addresses become:

http://joedirtteam.nekst.com/xxxxxx (a unique portal ID is added at the end)

Featured logo

Replace the Nekst logo at the top of the portal with your own. The minimum size is 300 × 300 pixels, and you can choose separate logos for the web and mobile versions.

Brand colors and the portal preview

There are three sections of the Client Portal that combine to create the design:

• Colored Background Section — used for the Home Page, Roadmap, and Documents sections. Fully customizable to your company colors.
• White Background Section — used for the Details, Services, and Contacts sections.
• Gray Section — used for the Notes section.

The White and Gray sections are locked — they stay neutral so each section of the portal breaks up in an appealing way no matter what brand colors you choose.

To adjust any editable color, click it and pick visually, or type a hex value directly into the field.

Save your changes and watch the Preview window on the right update in real time. You can also expand the Preview panel to see a full-size website view of the portal.
