How to Update the Email Address on Your Account
Your email address is both your Nekst login and the place your notifications and daily task emails are delivered — so it's important to keep it current if you change brokerages, rebrand, or move to a new address.
How to change it
Email changes are handled by our team. To update yours:
- Send us a chat message — the blue chat bubble in the bottom corner of your Nekst screen (or this help site).
- Include the new email address you'd like to use.
- We'll confirm the request and make the change for you.
Once it's done, you'll log in with your new email address. Your password and all of your account data — transactions, workflows, contacts, everything — stay exactly the same.
Why can't I change it myself?
Because your email is your login, we handle changes personally to protect your account — it ensures the request is really coming from you and that your login never ends up pointed at a mistyped or inaccessible address.
