History of Activities by Transaction & Complete Action History
Nekst allows you to see a history of when tasks were completed on a specific property basis or a daily record of activities that occurred on your account. You can filter by:
- Tasks Added or Completed
- Notes made on Tasks or general notes about a Transaction
- Date/Time and recipients of email tasks
- Dates/Time and recipients of SMS tasks
- When a Workflow was applied
- Anytime there was a change to status, type, start date or end date
- People Added to a Transaction
Simply go to Transaction and click the "Open..." button, then select "History:

Account History
The new Account History page gives you one central place to review everything that has happened inside your Nekst account. Instead of opening multiple transactions or guessing where something occurred, you can now scroll through a complete timeline of your activity.

How to Access Account History
- Click your profile photo in the top right corner
- Choose History
- Your full activity list will appear in chronological order
You can also filter and search your history to quickly find a specific task, email, workflow, or transaction entry.

Fix Mistakes Fast
If you ever complete the wrong task or remove the wrong contact, you no longer need to dig through each transaction to find it. Simply open Account History, locate the item, and take the proper action inside that transaction.
This saves time and helps keep your workflows accurate and up to date.
