Managing your Daily Email Update, Profile & Account

When you first create your account, you will be asked to create your profile in Nekst. Most of the information requested is standard contact info, but here are a few items to note:

1. Update your profile at anytime
You can change your contact information, signature or convert the account to a different team member by modifying the details in the profile. You can also upload each team members photo for a better user experience.

2. Managing Notifications - Nekst Daily Activity Email
Nekst will notify you daily of the tasks due each day, the following day and those tasks which are past due. The email will arrive around 5:30am EST each morning. A sample email is below:




To turn daily task emails "On" or "Off", you can check the box at the bottom of your Profile Page.


3. Billing and Account Information
You can change your Plan, Upgrade or Downgrade your account and see your billing history by going to Billing and clicking on the green Manage Billing and Subscription Information
