Accounting for Holidays

Nekst lets you automatically adjust deadlines to account for Federal Holidays in the US or Canada.

When this feature is enabled, all deadlines that fall on a Federal Holiday are pushed out by one additional day.

Only turn this on if your contract specifically exempts holidays from deadlines. If your contracts don't exempt holidays, leave it off so your deadlines stay accurate.

How to enable Holiday adjustments

Go to your Holidays Observed settings.
Select your country (United States or Canada).
Nekst will automatically shift deadlines for recognized Federal Holidays going forward.
