Nekst tasks can be scheduled around Holidays & Weekends and based on Business Days
Holidays
Users in the US or Canada, can now have all deadlines shifted out 1 additional day to account for Federal Holidays. Apply this feature ONLY if Holidays are exempt based on your contract agreement.
To make all of your Tasks dependent on Federal Holidays, go here to choose your country.
Business Days
Tasks can now be scheduled based on both calendar OR business days, to ensure that every deadline is accurate based on the contract terms.
Business Days is only available on the "Workflows" page when creating a task. All Tasks created on a transaction use the Calendar Selection tool.
Note: If [ ] Business Days is selected, the "If weekend, shift to" function will not apply.
Weekend Tasks can be shifted to the Friday BEFORE or Monday AFTER
If you want to make sure you never fall behind, set tasks to occur the Friday before. Or if you prefer the following Monday, that is now an option!
