This guide covers:


Step 1: Determine Roles — List the roles you want to track in a transaction and your team member titles.

To build a new Workflow from scratch, go to the Workflows page and click:



Or start from a pre-loaded Workflow by selecting an existing one and clicking Edit → Copy Workflow.



Each Workflow can be updated and adjusted as your business grows.Changes you make do not automatically update transactions already using the Workflow.To launch an updated Workflow on an existing transaction, remove all existing tasks and apply your updated Workflow.
