Adding Tasks
Tasks can easily be added to a Workflow or Transaction by clicking the +Add A Task Button at the top of the page.

Updating Tasks
To edit tasks of a Workflow that you have already launched for a Transaction, you can easily update the following details within each task box, by simply clicking on the task title. The changes include, but are not limited to:
1) The Task Name
2) Due Date
3) Role Assignment (who is responsible for completing the task)
4) Task Description - detailed version of how to complete the task or key information necessary to complete the task
5) Key Date, Roadmap, Private Status and more!
Shifting The Entire Workflow to a Different Start Date or End Date if Closing or Execution Date Changes
There are several situations that may occur, requiring you to shift some or your entire workflow:
- The closing date changed... and you need all of the tasks based on the Closing Date to shift
- The wrong Start Date was used for a contract... and all deadlines need to shift
- The **wrong End Date **was selected by accident or by oversight
If you discovered that you made an error with either the Start or End Date or even applied the wrong Workflow, you can easily make updates to your transaction.
Step 1: If you are not already on the Transaction Page, click the "Transaction" button on the top navigation to select the transaction you want to edit.
Step 2: Click the button "Open..." and select "Transaction Setup"

Step 3: Adjust the Start Date, End Date or Status from this modal.

- **Wrong Transaction Name, Status or Type **- Simply change the name/selection and click "Update" at the bottom
- Wrong Start/End Date - Simply change the Start or End Date(s) and click "Update" at the bottom. A box will pop up asking if you want to shift all of your dates to abide by the new start or end date. This will adjust all of the tasks to line up correctly.

Need to go back to the 5-Step Transaction Setup Process?
- If NO tasks are appearing at all - you likely backed out of the 5-Step Process of Launching a Transaction before clicking the green "Launch Tasks" button (OR - for our Team Pro Users, there may be tasks assigned to other roles/team members but NOT you. Double check by removing the filters)
To get back to the 5-Step Setup, click the ( Edit Launch ) button.

Removing All Tasks from a Transaction
- If you applied the wrong Workflow or simply want to remove all outstanding tasks at one time, simply click on the Transaction tab, choose the Transaction and click on "All" to reveal all the Transaction's tasks.
- Remove all of the Filters at the top of the list of tasks by clicking the "x" or going to the Filter modal directly
- Click on the "Mass Update" checkbox
- Choose "Select All"
- Click "Delete"
