How To Cancel Your Account

Cancelling your Account


Before cancelling, we recommend that you reach out to Nekst Support to explore alternatives to cancelling - we can provide additional training, help with setup or extending a trial/paid period.


To cancel your account:


  1. Click on your name and select "Billing" from the dropdown:



  1. Below the 3 account types you will see "Cancel Account", click that link



  1. A modal will pop up asking you to confirm your selection



Note: Any monthly or annual payments will not be pro-rated for any remaining unused time during the billing cycle.


For Team Pro accounts, the Owner of the Account is the only member who can cancel their account.
