Nekst FAQ



Can my assistant/ team use this?

Yes! Our Solo Lite and Solo Pro Plans are single user accounts that only allow tasks to be assigned to the registered account owner. To incorporate additional team members, upgrade to the Team Pro plan. You can upgrade your account following these steps.


Can I use Nekst on my mobile phone

Yes! We have a native mobile app available for the IOS and Android. Search "Nekst" in either app store and login using your existing Nekst credentials.


How much does Nekst cost?

You can see the pricing for the different Nekst Plans here.


Can this integrate with my other technology solutions?

Currently, we are working on building an integration with Zapier that will be completed by the end of 2024. This will allow you to connect with a large number of other software platforms.


Does the calendar sync with my phone?

YES

If you have an iPhone:

Navigate to Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Add Account
Select Other -> Add Subscribed Calendar
Paste the link in the “Server” field
Touch Next
Enter a Description (if not, it will leave the server URL)
You do not need a User Name or Password at this point
Use SSL - No
Remove Alarms (your choice)

If you have an Android:

Go to Calendar on the left navigation
Click “Export for iCAL”
Copy the URL on the popup window
From the web browser, click the grid button on the left side.
Scroll down to “Calendar” on the left navigation
From there, navigate to the bottom and click “Desktop”
Click the “Other Calendars” tab
From there click “Add by URL”
You will then paste the URL you have copied from Nekst.
Then Click “Add Calendar” and you are all set!
