Contacts

To manage all of the contacts that are associated with every Transaction in Nekst, click on the "Contacts" tab in the top navigation bar.

Your list of contacts is ordered alphabetically by first name and can be searched.

At the top are the following metrics:

• Total Contacts - this represents all Contacts in your account
• Contacts Added in the Last 30 Days - this represents your most recent additions
• Total Active Contacts - this represents the number of total contacts involved with your Transactions in "Active" status.

We also display each contact's most recent Transaction and their role on that Transaction.

To edit a contact, simply click on the contact's name to open the Contact Record.
