Client Portal Site for Communicating with Clients (Now w/ Branding)

Nekst makes it easy to take all of the Key Dates, Notes, Transaction Parties, etc and build a client portal that can be shared with your clients to provide better transparency and ensure amazing communication throughout the transaction.

Custom Branding

You can now customize the Portal Colors, Logo at the top of the portal & a subdomain to host all of your portals.

Subdomain Selection

Nekst allows you to choose a subdomain where all of your Client Portal will be hosted. 

By going to: Setup -> Client Portal Domain, you can add your personal or team name for additional branding. 

If you choose the “Joe Dirt Team”, your client portal address will be:

http://joedirtteam.nekst.com/xxxxxx  <- Unique Portal ID will be added at the end

Featured Logo

You can replace the current Nekst logo at the top of the screen with your own personal Logo. We have a minimum size requirement of 300 x 300 pixels. You have the option to choose a separate logo for the Web version and the Mobile version. 

Selecting your Brand Colors & Portal Preview

We try to create the most attractive client portals in the industry. Currently, there are 3 sections to the Client Portal that can be branded with a combination of colors.

**Colored Background Section: **This section is used for the Home Page, Roadmap & Documents sections.

**White Background Section: **This section is used for the Details, Services & Contacts sections.

**Gray Section: **This section is used for the “Notes” section

.  

Each section can be edited to match your company colors.

The only sections which cannot be edited are the “White” and “Gray” backgrounds. These sections are locked to ensure that we break up each section in an appealing way. 

Any color can be adjusted by clicking the color and visually selecting a color or manually added it directly to the font field. 

Be sure to save all changes and watch the Preview window on the right side update in real time.

You can also expand the Preview panel to see a full size website view of the portal.
