How to modify an Existing Nekst Workflow

The easiest option to get started with Nekst is to review and revise the pre-loaded Nekst Workflows to fit your business. Here is a quick step-by-step guide for creating your first customized Workflow in Nekst.

Modify a Pre-Loaded Nekst Workflow

Click on the "Workflows" tab in the top navigation bar. Pick a Workflow you would like to review and customize to fit your business. Click on the "Edit Workflow" button and select Copy Workflow in order to make edits.

You can choose to Copy a workflow to any other "Type" of Transaction (e.g. copy a Buyer Workflow to a Seller Workflow) but be sure to update any emails/SMS messaging and re-link to the corresponding Detail Boxes for that type of transaction.

**Here is a quick breakdown of the pre-loaded Workflows: **

  • Nekst 2.0 - Pre Listing Plan - Follow these steps to guide as you prep your listing before officially hitting the market
  • Nekst 2.0 - 180 Day Listing Plan - Follow these steps to guide your listing from initial listing agreement up until expiration or accepted offer
  • Nekst 2.0 - Buyer Closing Plan - Use this Workflow for buyers purchasing a home
  • Nekst 2.0 - Seller Closing Plan - When your listing converts to a pending/under contract file, use this Workflow to guide your seller through to closing
  • Nekst Active Buyer Roadmap - Perfect for Active Buyers who you are managing from Buyer Representation Agreement through to finding their house to buy. Also contains Tasks to be used in the Buyer Roadmap on the Client Portal

If you make a change to an existing Workflow, it will NOT be automatically applied to all existing properties which are currently using a previous version of that action Workflow. The changes will only be applied to new properties moving forward.
