Adding Seats to your Team Pro Account

How to Add Seats to Your Nekst Account

You can manage team members and add new seats in Nekst from the Account Owner’s login.


Step 1: Log in as the Account Owner

Only the account owner has permission to purchase and manage seats.


Step 2: Go to Team Member Management


  1. Click on Settings in the navigation menu.
  2. Select Team Member Management.
  3. Here you’ll see your current seat usage:
  • Team Member Seats (0/0)
  • Administrator Seats (0/1)
  1. You will see "Seats Included", which come with the platform fee and then "Additional Seats" which represent those additional seats you purchase beyond those provided.




Step 3: Purchase Additional Seats (if needed)

If all included seats are already filled, you’ll need to purchase additional seats.


  1. Click the gear icon next to the seat count.
  2. Adjust the number of Team Member or Administrator seats you’d like to add.
  3. Check the box to agree to changes in your subscription.
  4. Click Submit.




Step 4: Add a Team Member

Once you have an available seat:


  1. Click the blue Add Team Member button at the top.
  2. Enter the person’s First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
  3. Choose their Access Level:
  • Team Administrator – Can create transactions, assign tasks, and manage workflows.
  • Team Member – Can view details and be assigned tasks, but cannot create transactions or manage workflows.
  1. Click Save.
  2. The Team Member you are inviting will receive an Email Invitation with a Link to create a profile/password and setup their personal account. They will likely not see any transactions which you have created until they either create their own or are added to a transaction as a Team Member.




Notes

  • Seats are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
  • You can add additional seats one at a time, whenever you need them.
  • Removing a user frees up their seat, which can then be assigned to someone new.
  • Should you need to resend the Email Invitation, click the blue message icon next to their name in the list of Team Members to re-send
