As properties come and go, it's important to control the "Status" of the property. There are 3 different options: Active: This label is to be used for properties you are actively managing. Closed: This label is to be used when your properties close. Archived: This label is for any property that falls apart, is cancelled, terminated, etc. To change the status of a property, simply select the property you wish to edit from the "Properties" page. Nekst allows you to see a history of when tasks were completed on a specific property basis or a daily record of activities that occurred on your account. You can filter by: Tasks Added or Completed Notes made on tasks or general notes about a property Date/Time and recipients of email tasks Dates/Time and recipients of SMS tasks When an action plan was applied Anytime there was a change to status, type, start date or end date People Added to a Property Simply go to Property anFew readers
