What Nekst AI Can Do


Nekst AI is built directly into your Nekst workspace.


You can:

📋 Transactions

  • Look up all your transactions — active and closed
  • View transaction details — closing date, buyer/seller info, commission, key dates, and more


✅ Tasks

  • View tasks for a transaction — filter by due date, assignee, completion status, or key dates only
  • View your tasks across all transactions — including past due, today's, or upcoming
  • Get full task details — descriptions, assignments, comments count, dependencies, and more
  • Update an email or SMS task description — manually or with an AI-generated draft


✉️ Email & SMS Tasks

  • Generate a professional email draft for EMAIL tasks based on your instructions
  • Apply the generated draft to the task description


👥 Contacts & Team

  • Search for contacts by name
  • View contact details — emails, phone numbers, company, and address
  • View all team members on your team


📊 Team Member Activity & Tasks

  • View a team member's task summary — active projects, incomplete tasks, overdue items
  • View a team member's tasks — filter by due date, key dates, or completion status
  • View a team member's activity history — across all transactions, filtered by date or event type


📁 Documents

  • View all documents for a transaction


🕓 Activity History

  • View a transaction's activity history — filtered by date range, team member, or event type (emails sent, tasks completed, comments, etc.)
  • View a team member's activity history — across all transactions

📝 Notes

  • View all notes for a transaction



All conversations are saved so you can reference them later.





How AI Usage Works

To ensure reliability and performance for everyone, AI usage is included with your subscription plan and shared across your entire team.


Monthly AI Allowance

Every plan includes a monthly AI allowance, which can be found in your Settings page along the left side column.



This allowance:

  • Is shared across all users on the account
  • Resets at the start of each billing cycle
  • Is used for normal, expected AI usage


Team Pro plans scale dynamically based on team size.

For example, Team Pro includes a large base AI allowance, plus additional usage for each admin and team member on the account.


You will see:

  • AI usage this month
  • Usage percentage
  • Reset date

Usage Warnings and Limits


To help you stay ahead of your usage:

  • A warning appears when your team reaches 80% of its included AI usage
  • Team owners and admins receive a notification at that point
  • When included usage is fully used, AI chat is paused


If this happens, you can add purchase more AI Usage (feature coming soon)


AI chat is only blocked if both your included usage and any purchased add-on usage are fully exhausted.



Add-On AI Usage Packs (Coming Soon)

If your team needs additional AI capacity, you can purchase AI Usage Packs.


These packs:

  • Are shared across the entire team
  • Roll over until fully used
  • Are stackable
  • Are consumed only after your monthly allowance is exhausted
  • Do not reset monthly

Only team owners & admins can purchase usage packs.



The first time a user accesses Nekst AI, they will see a one-time acknowledgment.

Before continuing, users confirm that:

  • Nekst AI uses trusted third-party AI providers
  • Relevant transaction information may be sent securely to generate responses
  • Data is used only to answer questions
  • Data is not used to train public AI models


This acknowledgment is required once per user and will not appear again unless the policy changes.






Expanding to Full Page Chat


Clicking the expand icon at the top of the chat box will open Nekst AI's full page view. This is where conversations can also be stored.





Interacting with Chat Responses

Transactions and Tasks are hyperlinked for quick access.


These links can also be selected and added to Nekst AI's "Context", which helps Nekst AI to focus solely on a particular Transaction, Task, Contact and more. Simply click on the link and choose the desired action.
