## Sharing a Workflow

Nekst makes it easy to share your Workflows with others using the built-in **Share Workflow** button.

1. Open the Workflow you want to share and click **Share Workflow**.

2. Enter as many email addresses as you like in the pop-up window, then send.

**What the recipient sees:**

* **Existing Nekst users** — The shared Workflow appears in their Workflows dropdown alongside their other workflows, and they receive an email letting them know you shared it.

* **Non-Nekst users** — They receive an email with partial Workflow details and a prompt to create a free Nekst account, where the shared Workflow will then appear in their Workflows dropdown.
